Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied when you receive your products, you will have 7 days to return them. We'll need time to inspect your returned products, and then we can refund the amount of your full purchase price in the form of an Rws Skateboards store credit, or transfer the cash amount back to you (minus the shipping cost).
To qualify for a free return shipping label, purchased products must: 1. be defective in some way or 2. contain incorrect contents (ex. We did not include the size or design that you asked for)
Customers must pay return shipping if the purpose of the return is no fault of Rws Skateboards. (ex. customer ordered wrong size, or decided they didn't want the item anymore)
We have the right to refuse any returned products if the contents of the returned are not in the condition that the customer has described.
